I just wanted to let you know about the customer service at Claire’s located at 37-60 Junction Boulevard in Jackson Heights. I have tried shopping here on a few occasions I thought that the first couple of times shopping here the girls were just having a rough day, but I have noticed that it is every time I go into the store. First I get a very rude hello, and I am handed a basket to shop with. I will be looking around the store and they literally follow me around, it is very uncomfortable especially when I’m a paying customer. Today I was looking at the clearance jewelry and the girl literally stood behind me and started fixing a wall that didn’t need to be fixed, she was just watching me. I had my headphones in and she asked me if I needed help finding anything AGAIN; then she rudely said oh I guess not! Granted I did have my headphones in so I couldn’t hear her. I do not like being treated like a thief, and I don’t understand why this has been happening. I just want to be able to walk into Claire’s and by some nice stuff like I normally would at any other store. Thank you for taking the time to read my email. Very happy with the customer service from the cashier nanci (yes with a I not a Y), she is really helpful and I managed to get my products fast and easy, I don’t like making a big fuzz over a few cents. Very cool place.
