Went in for heat problems and when I picked it up the gentleman said the hose clamp was bad they replaced it. I went back a few days later the overflow cap was off and low on fluid he topped it off,it apparently has a small leak somewhere. Called him up a few days later and told him still the same problems heat is on and off also half the vents are blowing hot air and the other half blowing cold air which told me something must have happened during the repair and he said it may now need a heater core it could be plugged as it looked like somebody put in some sealer in the radiator and that’s what’s plugging it. I told him the Jeep has never been worked on other than the dealer for routine maintenance and they did not do any radiator work sounds like they did something wrong that’s why it needed more antifreeze and put sealer in it and now I may need a heater core. I bought the Jeep brand new it has never been serviced at any garage other than the dealer and I happen to go to this garage as I was recommended by a friend never again I am so upset with this garage they ruined a perfectly good vehicle. To all you young Union College people be careful.

Im the person who likes to asks questions when i dont really know much ,and as frustrating as i could be to other ppl every person i spoke to who was very patient with me lol . i called multiple times asking questions even after they had my car ,only cause i was researching what they where fixing at the time . Love the customer service ill be back to update the review cause id like to see how its doing in a week im sure my car is fine it feels great when i drive it , but as of now definitely a five star autoshop .

New to car ownership and covid does not make things simpler. The owner? I guess didn’t easily get communicate with me about appointments and such.Also when they put on new tires so my Civic could pass inspection, they inflated one to 22 psi instead of the target 30.Relatively fast and friendly though.
