Lots of very strange and likely unethical things go on in this store. Staff natasha and miriam have an etsy shop called iconistas WHERE they sell vintage jewelry and expensive vintage and modern clothes… are they sourcing their goods from your donations? If you see your items in their store please contact chai life and the authorities. I know many people complain that they appear to review items which never ever hit the sales floor. Ever! Not next week not during fall/spring reveals..never. Pretending to put stuff away for the fall spring reveals sounds like an interesting rackett. I hope chai life investigates any and all unethical behavior here and makes sure all the donations are used to help families dealing with cancer. Very strange they follow customers around when it appears a much larger loss prevention issue needs to be addressed ..namely the staff themselves!

Please check your donations for valuables. DO NOT DONATE VALUABLE ITEMS LIKE EXPENSIVEDESIGNER BAGS, GOLD OR SILVER JEWELERY,SILVERWARE OE ANTIQUES HERE. Many suchitems never make it to the store floor but instead just disappear… Are some staff Usingdonations make profitfor themselves?!?! Sell your more valueable stuff online snd give chailife the funds. Make sure it is chai life and the families in need getting the most from your donations!
