First time visiting. Blue shirt attendant asked “what I want” responded twice “2 kids cone one vainilla and the other chocolate”. Without paying attention and very rude gave me the 2 big cones. At the cashier charged me for 2 small cones. When I asked her why… she told me I ordered 2 small cones, I said twice 2 kids cones. Is not about the misunderstanding but she immediately asked me to return all the cones with a very bad attitude, take them off very rude from my hands and dumped it on trash can, then never showed up again to the store front. No empathy with costumer, careless service. The others employees looked to her like “really girl”. Tsss I didn’t say anything else because I was with my mom and she’s a senior who gets nervous faster.
