The manager has given up on everything!!!We ordered from the app with curbside pick-up. Once we got there and hit the here button we then sat there for 15 minutes. We then went inside to see where the food is. Nope not on the bookshelf. Then waited at the register for someone to acknowledge our existence. When the manager turnaround from pulling stickers off the machine, he stared and walked away. No he didn’t ask if I’d been helped or offer any. Final a young girl came to the register and we asked if our food was ready. Now 30 minutes from the initial app order. It was sitting on the counter in the back… with all the other orders.This was all for a bowl of Broc- Chez soup… a single order of Broc-Chez soup. And it’s cold… imagine my shock

The worst one I’ve been to so far, we ordered 2 coffees and a muffin the man in charge was very unpleasant. We had to ask for the second cup for the coffee and had to wait at least 15 minutes for the muffin, only after I called the cashier and complained about my second cup for the coffee and asked about my muffin, then ended up bringing me the wrong one some sort of cookie and I had to explain what I ordered, not to mention that the place wasn’t full at all. Bad management or no desire to serve, very disappointing!
