I’ve had no problems here. I’ve been going there since around 2007 They have always treated me great.

4 stars, due-to-the-fact it’s a little far from me home, and I always pedal(regardless of weather). The staff is courteous. I receive prompt care when I call for an appointment, and get immediate referrals for the following week & in some cases, the very next day. More medical groups are have nurse practitioners available every day for medical issues. Understandable, so doctors can be at the hospitals. My FNP, is awesome at Rome Medical Group. And she get’s me a referral to a specialist, typically within a day or two. It all depends on your symptoms and severity, and what availability the specialist can get to see you. The more severe a problem, the faster the doctor(s) will examine you.

I have never in my life felt more uncomfortable , ever , i was almost shunned away from this practice and when I had questions it was nothing but hostility twords those questions , when I asked for a call back it was almost like I was being a burden I recommend everyone who has the option to do so to leave this group , I’ve been with them for 15 years and will be finding a new primary care physician due to the lack of comfortability , I understand covid is the main concern right now , but making a patient feel comfortable should be a main concern especially ones who have been with the practice for over 15 yearsDo better . And try to be a little more humble …….
