We usually get adequate service at the Geneva McDonalds, but it’s really hit and miss. Recently had a loose coffee cover and a coffee spill went all over the floor and table, we had to move to another table. Reported it and no one did anything. No cleaner helper and we ate and left, the mess was still on the floor. We had to ask for more coffee and napkins. I would have cleaned it up, but I was made to feel invisible by the staff and not offered any assistance. The drive through line commands all the attention these days, and what goes on inside is difficulty for the customers walking in.

So we visit this location on a regular basis because we work later in the evening I can rest assured that my order will be messed up 3 out of 5 visits, it really shocks me how the early morning crew is so great at there job and how awful the 9 / 10 pm crews are the manager that is on the floor is rude and acts as she don’t really care that you have a issue. If I was the district owner of this McDonald’s I would definitely clone your early morning crew and fire the rest of them !!

Geneva location always friendly and efficient. They handle a double drive-thru very well with very little wait for the customers. Prefer going there over Waterloo location for sure. Must be managed well.
