Overall nice place and nice clothes but customer service definitely needs alot of work. With the exception of 1 or 2 staff the rest are very unprofessional. Dont let yourself self bump with a so call manager Zoraida who is ghetto. She argued with myself about a process she accepted and in front of other customers she raise her voice at me with my two kids in front of me. At the end I the customer was right. Definitely needs a work on

Manager at this location Destiny is really rude and has a disgusting attitude. Store is a complete mess and nothing is stocked. Clothes are just thrown all over the register and floor.

Okay so I order online all the time , so I figured I’d go in store for more sales. The manager Issy or Izzy whatever her stupid name is was SO RUDE. She does NOT know how to speak to customers!! How did she get promoted to Manager ? Was she transferred from the gutter ? She’s nasty to customers. My mother told me some woman in here was nasty but she’s a old lady so I thought eh maybe she’s being dramatic. NOPE. The sales associate with the pink hair helped me a lot. I won’t ever be going back there.
