Rating purely on customer service I received while having work done on my car, everyone was lovely. I made an appointment about a month in advance and received several reminders for my appointment which was nice. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by highly personable and friendly service. If their personnel are similar in demeanor across departments I will absolutely come back to them for my next car purchase!

My experience was a mixed bag. First off, it was difficult to get an appointment for the two recalls. They hardly ever answer the phone in service anymore & you have to leave a message which no one ever returns. I did finally get one. Upon arrival, they didn’t know that I had been promised a loaner. That took a bit to get one, but I did get one. The loaner was great. I had been promised my car by around noon. To their credit, they did call when they knew it would be late & called when it was ready. They were able to take care of my air conditioner problem & didn’t lie about needing something it didn’t. They didn’t make up any service needs for the car that weren’t needed. The other thing that really isn’t Maguire is that Subaru never sent me any notices that I needed to bring the car in for the two recalls.
