I went into this location’s store, and was immediately stared at by a man who seemed to be of Asian descent. His name is Michael, I believe. I thought he was security. I greeted him and he looked at me and said Hi as if he barely wanted to speak. He then said how may I help you. I told him that I would like to exchange a shoe that I purchased online for a bigger size. He told me that he did not have the shoe in a bigger size. I asked Michael if I could then return the shoes I had here and order the bigger size online from the store. He said “No, that’s not how Tomford works”. He told me that if I returned my shoes here he would not be able to give me a receipt saying I returned them or my money back. He also did not offer any other options of shoes or clothes or even fragrances in the store. His demeanor was transparent. His customer service is horrible, and I am disappointed in my experience at a high end store like Tomford.

Always a great shopping experience there. The attention to details, level of service and presentation are very unique. I shop regularly there and not one time did I get a bad experience. I am terrible at making appointments , I just show up and if the sales person I usually work with is busy someone else is always happy to step in and assist. They follow up in a very timely manner of an inquiry about a product is placed. The tailoring and adjustments staff does a superb job. The sneakers are so comfortable and one of my all time favorite to wear. I have over the past few years bought a number of cloths, shoes, sunglasses, cosmetics, candles and watches and I can say with absolutely certainty that the quality is equally good across the board.

Went in with the intentions of buying a fragrance but left immediately after being treated as if we didn’t belong. Didn’t even catch the salesmans name but he appeared to be to have an asian background, walked up to us talking on the phone. When he finally gave us the time of day he was very arrogant and condescending. I’ll go to Neiman Marcus next time
