The process of refilling prescriptions is not only time consuming but is overwhelming for staff and the customers. Staff is helpful but always overwhelmed. I wish they make their process better for a friendly and efficient customer experience.

I went to pick up a heart prescription which was overdue and they were already closed!!! The sign and the internet says 9 am to 9 pm. I was there at approximately 8:20! Angry? Hell yes!

LARGE CVS!!! CVS is becoming a very popular store that I shop at. They have manufacturer coupons on the app that automatically apply to your purchase and you can use paper coupons as well. Lots of deals when you spend a certain amount you get money back or even a gift card. I’ve walked out with three bags paying less than a dollar one time. Plus they have their own specials and discounts on top of the coupons.
