Ordered carside to go and waited over an hour past our scheduled pickup time. Got the food and half our order was missing because they ran out of wonton tacos. I had ordered two orders of them. Was already charged on my card and they would not refund the money to my card. Told me to bring the receipt back next time and let them know I didn’t get them and they will credit me the price if the two orders. Who says I want to go back there? How can you do that? Isn’t it illegal to not give back money for items not received? Also when we got home we noticed that our 8oz steak looked like 4 oz. Sad that the broccoli was bigger than the steak. I’ve had 8oz burgers bigger than that.

Would give fifth star had it not been so cold in the restaurant. Food was almost instantly cold due to air conditioner blowing. Food was great and service was fine. 50 degrees outside…felt even colder inside making for less than a comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy the meal.

Three of us went to Applebee’s excited to have one of their bowls that have been advertised all over tv., only to find they no longer had them. We ordered beef nachos and received chicken. I explained that I ordered beef and waitress said she thought I said chicken. Because we didn’t want to wait, we accepted the chicken.Then we ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese with chicken. The chicken was fine, but there was no Mac and cheese… it was pasta in a watery cheese sauce. This used to be one of their best meals.We were very unhappy with the food.
