In today’s economy, I would think you would understand the value of customer service especially when brick and mortar stores are closing rapidly. I will never patron this store again! It was my 1st time visiting the store and it was a huge disappointment. The afternoon of Monday, July 13th two sales associates saw me struggling while I was trying to keep the door open to wheel in my grandmother who’s in a wheelchair. I was basically inside the store before either sale associate asked if they could help. This was very poor customer service. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

They don’t deserve even one star. I have lived in Scarsdale for over 20 years. Have gone into this store from time to time. They have always been consistently rude. I got a pair of pants for Mother’s Day. The pants immediately started falling apart at the seams. I called to see if the manager was there as I wanted to return them. I have never returned anything there before. She told me that they would do nothing for me., no one else has had this problem and she has no idea what I did to these pants. She never even asked to see them. Had she looked she would have seen it was a manufacturing defect. I guess nothing has changed. They always live up to their rude reputation. Stay away unless you like abuse when shopping.

Tried to call the store and received the WORST customer service ever! The woman who was working was nasty and hung up on me. I try again and a man picks up who then shuts me down and hangs up as well. Truly amazing people!
