David was really helpful and friendly in picking out a vacuum for my new residential cleaning business. Being able to test and feel the products before buying it is extremely important and cannot be done buying online.Also, these days products on Amazon fall apart quickly because they are often fake with a bunch of fake reviews to boot; there is no quality assurance.
