Received great customer service here! I wanted to share how incredibly kind and helpful Deirdre was! I was in need of replacing a mug from the store. She went out of her way to find it, package it and mail it promptly. The new store location is lovely too! Be sure to stop in and find a unique gift from Ithaca!

Do support this local business. I love the way they are taking precautions during the pandemic. Only one group of customers or three people are allowed at once in the store for social distancing. They would sanitize each item the customers have touched (we need to out that in a basket and give them to the staff) before they let new customers in.

Enjoyed visiting this unique shop, it has an interesting assortment of items. We picked up a very cool puzzle and some other small gifts. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend a visit.
