Spoke to a Donna on the phone, I was looking for a magnetic knife holder for my wife’s birthday. Yes they had them, but I needed an item number. When I said I don’t have that, Donna seemed to stop caring, didn’t want to check for it in store, didn’t want to see what versions they had. She said she’ll call me back and hung up on me. This is the problem with stores like this, they hire old housewives who don’t need to work, jaded, clueless to what real life is.These women get a job at Williams Sonoma to get a discount on the kitchen stuff for the kitchen they’ve never earned, which they got through marrying some rich old cheese ball who was in college when they were born.I’m getting off topic. My point is, Donna gave off that I don’t want to work, I have more money and I’m better than you impression, and was very rude in doing so. Took about 2 minutes interacting with this employee to never want to do business with this store.TRAIN YOUR HOUSEWIVES TO BEHAVE PROPERLY AND HAVE SOME MANNERS!
