577 North Ave is probably one of the most mundane and ill managed CVS locations in all of New Rochelle; sorry, this is not an exaggeration. Customer service is slow, not readily available; staff is lacking interpersonal skills, shelves are hardly replenished and the self-check out machines are always out of service. They have students from Iona College working there but are never in store uniform.

A visit to the new store located near my office reminded me of why I do not shop at CVS: Inflated pricing, poor customer services, coupons fail to work. I prefer my local pharmacist for pharmaceutical items and Harmon for health and beauty.
