Customer service at this place like that sloth in zootopia beyond slow. Here to return their WiFi router which the charge $5 a month and the box don’t even work properly you will have to return the box couple times a year because the box just would stop working. Have the new guy training and by himself. How that for training and customer service. Better off to buy your own router and it will save money, time and stress.

Long wait for service, but Kala was very helpful. Definitely get there by 4pm at the latest. We were done by 5pm and the place was packed
