My family and I alternate between Little Things and Norm and Jules for birthday and holiday gifts. Both stores are local and it is important to support them, but they have different selections. I find the staff here a little less friendly but overall it is a good experience and happy to have them in the neighborhood.

The best general toy store in the neighborhood. They’ve been here my whole life and it still gives me joy to go in a shop. Competitive pricing, helpful staff, and their ever present smiles keep them in business. In the summer they put out a play table full of Brio trains for passers by to play with. This store is a cornerstone to the community that is Park Slope.

They have toys for sale, yes, but just saying the name of the store is fun! I’m glad that they could move into the corner spot and hope that they thrive as purveyors of toys and umbrellas that change color.
