I like it a lot here. There is a great selection of products. The customer service is great by most staff. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking.

These guys have no understanding of those that need gear, or are using their pricing to take advantage of you.Rentals cannot be picked up until day of and don’t open until 10a. Who starts that late in the day?! I offered to pick up rental at closing the night before so they weren’t out a rental and they said they’d just charge two days.Its not good business and it’s not how this industry does business.Disappointing service, rude discussion with the desk clerk (who I would never trust to work for me and treat my customers like he did) and happy to take my business elsewhere.
