They delivered late, did not inform me of why or that it would be late. Charged me extra fees after the fact without any bill or itemized report as to why there were extra charges, and picked up dumpster late after delivering late. Expensive service, poor follow through, and unacceptable business practices. I’d give less than 1 star if it were an option. Recommend any other waste removal in the area, certainly a better option out there.

The hours of operation are not good for the taxpayers of the Otsego County who work six days a week. And 7am -12 four days a week is ridiculous. Our leaders are not looking out for our best interest.
