It is sad to visit a store for the first time and to be looking for an item and trying to get help and the service personnel to ignore you, they ignore you, they do not give you even a second of their time. I do not understand why in this type of business the main thing is customer service is the secret to success but apparently those who work there have no idea what their role in it is. I had to go without what I was looking for, everything was told to me in the area of the dealers and she is over there and there was an employee who asked her and she even got upset because she was talking on the phone and when she asked me and asked her she got angry.
