Most of the workers are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. But the girls Tanisha and Abby basically carry the store and are the only reason I am giving 5 stars. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The actual clothes are good too

I had one if the worst customer service experiences here. One of the key holders working the dressing room had the worst attitude ever. She was rude and assumed my gay best friend was planning in stealing items because he was a guy trying to try on female jeans. He had 2 pairs of the same jeans in his hand and didn’t notice they were the same because the lights in this store suck. It’s hot and muggy in there and it smells horrible. Smells like old wet dirty socks in there. I love their clothes. Highly recommend the one in the garden state plaza instead.
