If it were possible, I would give this outfit a negative 5 star rating! It was my experience that their driver took me from the Port Authority, knowing my destination was Oneonta, NY. He brought me to Kingston, NY, to a closed bus terminal, in the middle of the night, at the beginning of January! Is that really taking accountability for an inferior outfit.

Nice quaint area. The bus terminal and the taxi stand are in the same location. Cute little coffee shop right next door…my husband loved the coffee!
