I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Joanna on my custom wedding band. My fiance and I each wanted to have a piece of our ancestors love stories as part of our own so I brought his great grandmother’s ring from the 1940s/50s to Joanna and she took it and made it mine. She was incredibly patient and realistic when discussing my options and together the rings fit beautifully. I wanted to use the diamonds from the original ring but change from white gold to yellow gold. I wanted a sleeker, more delicate band as I felt the first band took over my hand and outshone my engagement ring, which I love. Joanna was super communicative via email and incredibly sweet and kind in person. I trusted her with my heirloom 100%. She even made me a necklace with the diamonds that broke in the process. You can tell shed really loves what she does and she understands how much it means to her customers! See pictures below for what it was to what it became and how it fits with my engagement ring.

Such a wonderful jeweler! Joanna worked with me to design a custom wedding band — rose gold and platinum with a single black diamond so delicately set — and I get compliments on it all the time. Even more importantly, I myself love it — it’s the only piece of jewelry I never take off. The whole process was easy breezy and fun, and I love poking around the store for future wish list items. For both the stunning products and exceptional service, I couldn’t recommend J Bliss any more highly.
