I recently moved to Cooperstown and thankfully this is the only place I have received such horribly rude service every time. Don’t expect any common courtesy here. My whole transaction two other employees behind the counter (im assuming, as one was dressed in plain clothes and not wearing a mask) did not take their eyes off their phones unless it was to briefly look up and stare without a single hello, how are you, have a good day….nothing. I suggest driving to Milford post office if possible. One positive is I have never had a problem with the mail delivery just the people who work in the post office.

Cashiers are not wearing the masks and gloves the PO provides. It should be mandatory!!

They decide which mail to deliver to my house and which to send back with a label telling to a sender that I don’t live at this address. The postmaster and a clerk man have a good sense of job security. I can’t explain otherwise their rudeness and arrogance during my interaction with them.
