Got 2 broken chairs over 3 months ago! Still getting the run around!!! No one calls back and when I call I get the run around again and again! They say no returns or refunds That is bull They sold a poor product Can’t use at all The seats are bent so badly! They are just sitting in my dining room taking space and we are out over a thousand dollars! Buyer beware!

The delivery was fine and on time. The emails with notifications are a nice feature. But there were pieces missing on the couch and we hope that the day the delivery guys gave us to come back will be accurate. They were not able to make any promises
