Bought about $2400 worth of windows. Had the exact size confirmed and even documented in an email. When my windows arrived a whole 3/4ths of an inch SHORTER than I was told they’d be, Stacy said there is nothing we can do for you, but we can try to sell them in store for you at a discounted defect price WHAT?? Brand new windows didn’t even have a chance to be correct. Manager didn’t blink twice. This was a couple of years ago but these people still work there and I never reviewed back then. Don’t trust these people with anything custom made! I had to install defected windows and I still can’t hang up the shades I had because of all the extra window trim, not to mention freezing draft in the winter. Avoid.
