Computer stopped recognizing keyboard. Wouldn’t boot up after BIOS screen and kept me in a boot up loop. Took both tower and keyboard in to have it looked at. Wound up having to reload Windows to fix. Austin captured data before hand so I didn’t loose my documents. Great experience, highly recommend.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The glass over my phone’s rear camera was broken and Austin from the West Seneca location was very helpful and informative. I asked if he could check the camera lenses for damage and replace if needed and he did so. He was awesome to work with! The repair was done very quickly and my phone looks good as new. Thank you!
