Absolutely love their frames! I have bought each of my four children the First Years frame as well as the Birth to 18 frame. The quality is great and everyone who sees them loves them as well! Customer service is very helpful as well. They were able to tell me the exact frames I ordered from years prior! I highly recommend these, they are worth the price. (And I NEVER buy frames this expensive, but these are worth it)

I experienced wonderful service right from the start. I ordered the k-12 frames for my daughter to use for her three kids. They are great quality and arrived right on time. The sale had ended the night I found the frames and when I called with a question the next day Paul immediately gave me the sale price. When I submitted my order online I made a mistake spelling one of the names and even though it was my fault Time-Frames is going to send her a new template with the correction at no cost– amazing!! This is a company with a quality product who knows the value of exemplary service!
