She is very unhelpful and looks so unpleasant to work with

No complaints. I agree it does seem cluttered. How ever. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as is pharmacy. One thing that struck me as odd is the security guard and the marked police officer walking around blasting his radio . Made me feel like it was unsafe. How ever the neighborhood is very good and safe. So don’t be deterred. Still . This store gets my approval. Good job guys

Don’t like the feel of this place. The aisles seem cluttered with merchandise stacked up to the ceiling and I have a hard time finding what I want. Overall, it’s an unpleasant shopping experience, so I go to other nearby drug stores.

Rite Aid is a beautiful example of how the marriage of the traditional pharmacy and health/beauty/ food/ and complete convenience store works. The store has helpful cashiers and are accommodating with most any questions you may have. The store associates are always nice and friendly, they are busy working as well as greeting customers and asking if they could be of assistance. Rite Aid has so many items available it is likened to a supermarket/over the counter health items/ vitamins with a pharmacy staff that is helpful in asking questions whether in regard to the medications or vitamins and over the counter items. The store is accommodating and a convenience to the whole community; moreover a special thanks to the work of the whole security team especially that of a young man named Michael. Samantha one of the store managers is still out on maternity leave and is missed by both staff and customers.
