Vehicle blue booked for 3200 they wanted 8k I was in a pinch so got the car had no heat transfer case didn’t work right power steering went hole in roof leaked rear hatch didn’t shut correctly and radio didn’t work all the speakers were shot they took almost 2 months just to deliver the car initially and they were supposed to fix all of that and fixed none of it then proceeded to tell me that it was pass the 30 days so it was on me to fix and this was a vehicle with 170k on itSo go down the road to any other buy here pay here don’t get duped by these guys as I did

Don trout is also the owner of SF auto ran by matt. My fiance had nothing but trouble with the vehicle she was purchasing with dashboard safety lights coming on, after three times of fixing the problem her front tire fell off from all the lug nuts snapping. She contacted SF auto thats ran by Matt, his reply to my fiance on the phone was sorry nothing we can do about it, and then hung up on her. I don’t know if Don Trout knows what all happened at his dealership (SF auto) but I would never recommend buying from either dealership

These boys are the sweetest. My two sons and myself all got our cars from SF and had no troubles at all. Most importantly, their customer service is how every retailer customer service should be. Genuine and friendly. My only negative review is that the coffee machine was broken on our last visit
