Basil was amazing!!! My first car through a dealership and without the help from anyone else. As a first time buyer I was scared going in not really knowing what to expect, what I wanted, or what was going to come out of my visit to basil. Justin Giles was awesome and explained everything right to the last detail. He worked with me and talked me through the hell that insurance always is. He found me the perfect loan within the exact payment range that I can comfortably afford. I never had to wait more than five minutes for a call back and he joked around a lot more than I expected from dealing with sales-persons in other settings and got my new car shipped right to Fredonia from Buffalo over a holiday weekend!!! I told him I wanted the Taurus on Friday and he had it parked in my driveway as soon as the holiday and weekend were over (only 3 days) and I had the keys in my hand before I even signed the paperwork!?!?! Only downside is that he’s a New Orleans saints fan, because no one circles the wagons like Buffalo (but he comes close). Definitely going back for my next car as soon as I find something I want even more! Never thought I would buy a Ford from a Chevy dealership… maybe next time I’ll find a car with that trademark bow tie.

when a problem was found, I was informed right away. when the car had to stay to be serviced I was provided a ride home and back to the dealership to pick up the car. The shuttle drivers were friendly. I was very happy with all the services provided. The service was fast and efficient. Well done!
