I’ve lived in upstate NY my entire life and have been to dozens of different stewart’s shops. I even worked at a stewarts shop for about two years and I loved it. Obviously this type of job isn’t for everyone. I’ve read other reviews and the response from someone saying things will be looked into or taken care of. However, to this day the staff specifically in the evening is the most non-curtious and off-putting that has ever been at that location. There once was no milk on the shelf and we have given our baby stewarts milk her entire milk drinking life. There was none on the shelf and the girl gave me a hard time because she had to get one for me. There has been a handful of times my family has gone there, and there has been nothing but attitude from the staff. I’m not sure what the management there is like now, but it is a disappointing experience. Where the world of today lacks customer experience, stewarts should be a place where it shines. The only reason I’m giving two stars is for the best milk in NY!

I love Stewart’s itself just not the people who work there! Especially that obnoxious Theresa….. Wow I have never met anyone so rude in my life! There could be lines and she will be behind the counter staring at you doing absolutely Nothing! What great service that really is!!!!!

Well I stopped and did my shopping. I had 3 items one was a gallon of milk. The male that was at the register in the rear of the store was not only ride but decided to walk away and do something else while I was waiting to pay. When my payment went through instead of gathering my purchases up and bagging them he just ignored me. When I mentioned I needed a bag he rudely told me it was a nickel. I had to break a five while listening about the law. Guess I won’t be shopping at Stewarts much anymore. Don’t need a lesson on the law from a Stewarts cashier.
