Went there for sending just a regular international letter. Just a piece of paper, no bills, no checks, no legal paperwork, etc. Was told that I need export license (for personal letter!!!). Spent about two hours trying to set up the process and ended up with understanding that nobody knows what to do and the whole process is wrong and unnecessary. Employees were blaming everybody – President, whoever else – but not simple their incompetence and neglect. My worst experience with carrier company. Went to other company (I do not want to put advertisement here) which knows how to send international letters. Will never work with FedEx again!
