This store is an absolute joke! None of the employees are willing to help you or answer your questions, and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience wasting their time. I used to love this store but ever since it went Walgreens it’s just a waste of space.

This review isn’t aimed toward the store on pulteney, although, the purchase was made there. Back in december I bought one of the Walgreens brand pet beds that went on sale. When I went to go put it together I found that it had parts missing. The store was out of stock. Not wanting to completely return the bed I tried calling customer service to find out if I could have the missing parts mailed to me. They told me to call back at another time. I’ve tried emailing the company with absolutely no response. Now, I can’t even return it, so I’m stuck with an unusable product that was supposed to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. What a friggin joke! I’m sure they gave me the run-around on purpose to drag it out passed the time I could return it. I feel like a fraud and a liar for convincing people to switch to the Walgreens Pharmacy.
