I dislike the fact that I was charged again for the Detective Pikachu drink cup ($3.99) I had purchased a few days prior. I came in the store with it. The cup should have been charged as a refill instead the cashier rung it up as a new purchase with my slushy inside. I told her of her mistake and she told me she has no way of knowing whether it was a new purchase or refill because she didn’t watch me walk in the store with the container. This problem needs to be corrected. New merchandise such as this should not be able to ring up again. If I have a refill (make that known after entering the store) I should be given something by the employee so there’s no confusion on what the transaction is. Thank God the cashier remembered me so it wasn’t a huge problem.

7-11’s are alike, it’s the CUSTOMER SERVICE of the employees that sets each location apart. This location has some of the friendliest & helpful employees! Shout outs to Elisabeth, Nick, Jeanenne, & Joanne! Great job!

Came in the store around 630 am on Wednesday August 14th and the employee followed me around the store and when I finally got to the register I said hi. How are you today? He said nothing walked away to do something then cashed me out said the total then I said thank you and once again he didn’t acknowledge. Extreme example of horrible customer service
