I don’t know why this bank has such a low rating. I feel that their customer service is excellent and that both the counter staff and managers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their drive up service is excellent and their counter service is fast easy and simple. They have a drive up ATM, an in-store ATM, and a private room ATM. What more can you get out of that? Highly recommend going to the bank!

There are so many jobs in this world. But some people make a decision to work in customer service and hate that jobs. Came to drive thru, the woman just looked at me, no hello, no what can I do for you. In the end when she said “have a good day” with the saddest tone ever. Why do people work for customer service?
