Went to the Manhasset store Abraham was exceptional and patient. He helped me for two days to resolve an issue where I was unable to receive or send calls. I was very grateful for his help and to make my phone work again.

The manager Danielle helped me as soon as I walked in to the store. She was Very sweet and patient as I came in only for help with my iPhone 8. Being that she was so sweet, I Bought new phone with her. She explained the process so I understood it easily. This is always hard for old people like me, she had no problem answering all of my questions and concerns. I no longer have to pay on my old iPhone 8 anymore, which is wonderful. I have been here a few times, another person waited on me, and they didn’t even bother to add my teacher discount, well they didn’t even look me up to see if they could save me money. All these years, I never even knew I could save money for this since she is the only person to ever tell me. This is such a great experience! I am very happy with new bill going forward. Terrific job very pleased!
