Victor always gives me a great haircut, converses if I am talkative yet gives me my quiet time if I’m not in the mood to talk.The shop is always clean, & Victor always makes sure I’m satisfied with the cut.The only complaint I could have is that he’s fussier about a perfect haircut than I am. But I enjoy the extra time & conversation.
