No complaints about the work at all. However I dropped my car off for an 830 appointment. When I made the appointment they asked if I’d be staying or leaving it and I said leaving as I had a few things to do and he said it would be a couple hours. No problem I saidAt 145pm no one had called yet, so I called and asked and it wasn’t done yet. I asked how much longer and the guy who had an attitude says “we have a lot of cars here and they’ll all be done by 5”. Really?? 9.5 hours to put four tires on and do an inspection? Finally at 4:15 we went there and my car was sitting outside done but still my cell hadn’t rung.Again no complaints about the work just the length of time and lack of communication. What’s the point of an appointment? I know they were busy but how hard is a “your car is ready” thirty second call?
