I shipped a box on July 25 Via UPS and package got lost and it was never delivered . I insured it for $1800.00 and it contained a set of License plate Recognition Kit for which I paid 10,400.00 7 years ago . I provided pictures , copy of invoice , Ebay buyer phone and now they wont proceed with claim since I dont have serial numbers for each item . UPS has no record of picking up or delivering package, Staples lost it and they should be responsible . This store is horrible and it shouldn’t be patronize
