I will not rent another vehicle from this location.They were not professional.They did not offer me the vehicle I wanted and presumed I would be happy with an upgrade. I was not. The vehicle had an odor, needed to be vacuumed out and cleaned of debris. Certainly not as described as enhanced cleaning in COVID times. Most unpleasant experience !!!!!

The worst customer service. Not polite, not helpful in any way shape or form. No where on hertz website did they say if you pay with debit, that it’s a higher deposit of $500 for a one day rental. He was not willing to refund my money on my debit and gave me a number to call instead. They also run your credit if you use a debit card.
