I saw Dr. Wong today and he was fantastic. He broke down what he was seeing (no pun intended!) and explained everything clearly to me. Would definitely recommend seeing him if you want someone who cares about the patient and is going to be open, honest and explain things in simplistic terms.

This place has the most arrogant and extremely unfriendly/unprofessional staff you will ever come across. They do not like to help the customers and literally make you feel like they’re doing the biggest favor when you ask them a simple question. I have been to other lens crafter location in the Galleria Mall and never faced such issues however I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always felt the staff of the floor needs to be given a 101 training in customer service. I wish I can name the employees here but I’ll resist.
