Ordered 72 cupcakes for my Wedding, Had to pay for individual packaging that was understandable.So Disappointed the cupcakes were all different sizes Some overflowing the paper and others just filled. The Frosting was a mess, Some of the cupcake tops were completely frosted, Others with just the middles Frosted and edges left completely with nothing. The cupcakes were piled on top of each other in boxes and some were tipped over and didn’t even make it on our Table. When contacted whom ever at the Bakery I assume the owners via email….The great covid excuse and sorry not even a part refund not even for the damaged ones. Never Again!

The cake is as delicious as it looks! Staff is responsive and timely. Cake is moist and light. Frosting is rich. Highly recommend Sweet Beginnings!

Customer service was absolutely outstanding, I was able to be in touch with the owner to really go over exactly what I needed and he’s creating something amazing that’s going to fit exactly what I need for a baby shower with only four days notice! Highly recommend and give 10 Stars
