The staff are so nice, they let me in to use the bathroom when I needed the most. The process was efficient because I had all my documents ready! The staff kept making customers maintained in 6 ft distance in line, so it made you feel more safe when you are in the office!

I’ve been here before to renew my license. Today took my son to get his Lerner’s permit. I had to go as he needs an enhanced license and is under age. Not bad, in by 10:30, out by 11:05. Most of the people that work there are nice and do a really good job. Some though can use a little attitude adjustment. I get it, we’re in the midst of a pandemic and you don’t want to be at work. I’m a civil servant too. Just do your job, and smile. Overall not a bad experience.

It’s the DMV… what did you expect? Come on in expecting the worst every time and maybe someday you’ll get lucky. For me it has not been. Right now even their online appointment scheduling site is messed up. It literally has no days available for the next 100 years+. I am able to choose February 2021, but of course… ZERO days available. And if you call to make the appointment… NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER!!! You would think that the personnel at the location would understand that EVEN though the place is EMPTY and you try to come in without that APPOINTMENT they would let you in, But NO, that would mean they would have to work. I am sure it’s all due to this pandemic and it is for the greater good. I am sure an appointment ticket would save them from Covid
