Don’t come here for your pharmaceutical needs.Came last Sunday to pick up a script and was told they don’t have it in stock and need to order itI ask how much it is; they say it’s $4 so I agree to have it ordered and they say they’ll have it in the next day by 11am. Due to the weather conditions I don’t return until Friday, giving them an extra few days to ensure the order’s in.Come Fri, I try to pick up my script and the lady tells me no script is too be found and directs me to drop off. At drop off, another lady tells me my script is just a normal otc that’s well over 4 bucks and directs me to the aisle. I ask her if she’s sure that’s my script and she double checks with a third employee. They scramble around and after half an hour of waiting, they tell me someone changed the order that was placed and gave me an otc cvs brand one that’s 10 bucks. It took me 2 trips and over 40 mins for them to sell me an otc medication I could’ve picked up my first visit which would’ve saved me a second trip and this half hour ordeal.

Came to this CVS after the one in my neighborhood out in Brooklyn messed up my holiday cards badly. Was in the neighborhood making a donation to Savers and decided to give their photo department at try. Blown away by not only their photo department’s fast and Immaculate turn-around on the cards but most impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! Walking into this CVS was like a totally different planet compared to the ones in Brooklyn. Everything was neat, organized and stocked. Pleasant employees everywhere you look offering to help. It was like a Disney movie! Big thanks to Monica for all of her help and patience! And to the manager whose name I didn’t catch but who spent a great deal of time and energy trying to make sure I had everything I need… thank you!! Very appreciative and hope your corporate office appreciates what an incredible job you all do!!

Used to be a great pharmacy, weekend pharmacy staff lack customer service skills and basics business communication skills. I believe many of the pharmacy staff are just plain overworked, and are prone to burn out. I’m updating this. 04/06/2021 The pandemic has changed everyone. They have gotten much, much better. Customer service has changed for the better.
