Saturday I went to just test drive a car after looking online for days, when I got there I met with Kendra and she instantly knew what I was looking for after a short explanation, she gave me the two best options, she was understanding when i turned one down and was so excited with me when i found the one i fell in love with. I could not walk off the lot without it! she got my new car detailed and washed and ready for me in such a short amount of time. Quickest, and best car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you to Kendra and the whole D’ella Buick GMC family!!!

I purchased a 2018 CT6 here. Turned out to be a lemon. Whole car shudders when running on 4 cylinders. Della found the need to rebalance my tires several times when the problem is with the drive train. 3 weeks waiting for a loaner car when they had 4 sitting in the lot. And now Della/GM tell me the vibration I feel when I drive it is normal. GM has a problem with their transmission and they know it and refuse to fix it. I will never own another GM especially from Della Cadillac. Worst service I’ve experienced in over 20 years.

Car shopping at D’ella Cadillac was as relaxing and stress free as going to the spa. Kendra and Ron were SO helpful, and were so accommodating to my car needs. I was very nervous and stressed initially, however Kendra reassured me that she would take good care of me. After explaining all my wants and needs for a car, Kendra pulled up the perfect vehicle for me, I test drove the one car, and drove it off the lot later that afternoon. The paperwork with Ron was a snap, and a GREAT value!I don’t say this lightly: If your car shopping, GO TO D’ELLA CADILLAC! You won’t be disappointed!Thank you D’ELLA Cadillac!
