We visited the Albany location a few times to look for outdoor furniture and a fire pit table. The staff has always been helpful. When we were there in March we started to work with Craig. He was excellent! He took the time to work with us, show us different options and he even set up a fire pit table so we can see how it worked and what the fire would look like. He answered all our emails the same day. He has been a pleasure to work with and we’re looking forward to getting everything this summer.

Grace and I are over the moon happy with the work Best Fire provided at our home. Keith and the rest of the installers were true professionals. All aspects of the job were completed as expected and for the price as quoted. The stone work came out splendid. The Gas Fireplace insert works like a charm but the pellet stove is the most impressive. Because of the technology that Harmon provides our pellet consumption is way down. In addition our home is now warmer than ever and with far less maintenance. Could not be happier. All around great experience.Good work Best Fire Team!
