Customer service representative Izzy and his staff’s exuberance exceeded my expectation. Upon entering the staff (and store) was welcoming which thankfully set the tone for a new purchase. Not only was Izzy knowledgeable on the specific brand of phone I was looking for, he assisted us with the transfer of phones.
